En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 227 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:

Clerhp suscribe nuevos contratos en Bolivia y Paraguay por 1,08 MM de euros

La filial Clerhp Estructuras Bolivia, S.R.L., ha suscrito un nuevo contrato para la realización de los trabajos de construcción obras civiles de hormigón en la obra de Colquiri, donde realiza trabajos con un contrato marco, por importe de 785.066 Bolivianos (102.542€). Adicionalmente, la filial CLERHP Estructuras Paraguay S.R.L. ha suscrito ha firmado un contrato para la construcción de las estructuras de un edificio de viviendas por importe de 7.269.338.651 Guaraníes (981.679 €), cuyo inicio está previsto para principios de mayo.

Clerhp signs new contracts in Bolivia and Paraguay for

1.08 MM euros

The subsidiary Clerhp Estructuras Bolivia, S.R.L., has signed a new contract for the construction of the construction works of civil concrete works in the colquiri work, where it carries out works with a framework contract, for the amount of 785,066 Bolivianos (€ 102,542). Additionally, the subsidiary CLERHP Estructuras Paraguay S.R.L. has signed a contract for the construction of the structures of a residential building for the amount of 7,269,338,651 Guaraníes (€ 981,679), which is scheduled to start at the beginning of May.
