En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 227 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:

CLERHP firma 3 nuevos contratos en República Dominicana y

Paraguay por importe de 3,7 millones de euros

La filial INGENIERIA Y ESTRUCTURAS DEL CARIBE-INECAR, S.R.L. ha suscrito dos nuevos contratos en República Dominicana.

El primero de ellos con la mercantil Construye Marcapital RD, SAS, para la construcción de la estructura de hormigón del proyecto denominado Hotel Resort Live Aqua Fase II, sito en Uvero Alto, municipio de Higüey, provincia de Altagracia. El importe total del contrato asciende a 1.073.200,36 U$D (aproximadamente, 944.500 euros), pagaderos el 20% al inicio del contrato, y el resto mediante certificaciones mensuales en las que se practicará una retención del 5% como garantía de la buena ejecución, siendo la cantidad retenida entregada al vencimiento del período de garantía que es de seis meses desde la finalización de la obra. El plazo de ejecución de los trabajos se extiende de marzo a octubre de 2023.

El segundo contrato es el firmado con Consorcio Acciona-Solsanit-IDC-del Ozama, y tiene por objeto las prestación de los servicios de mano de obra civil para el proyecto de ampliación del Acueducto Oriental en Santo Domingo. El importe de este contrato asciende a 1.739.692, 22 U$D (aproximadamente, 1.597.368 euros), el 20% ya abonados a la firma del contrato, que tuvo lugar el 16 de marzo de 2023, y el resto mediante certificaciones mensuales de obra. El plazo de ejecución de los trabajos será 10 meses.

Por su parte, la filial CLERHP ESTRUCTURAS PARAGUAY, S.R.L. ha suscrito con la sociedad BCN Construcciones, S.A. un nuevo contrato para la construcción de la estructura de hormigón del Edificio Paraná Costanera en Encarnación, el importe total del referido contrato asciende a 9.128.704.000 guaraníes (aproximadamente, 944.450 euros), de los cuales el 30% se ha abonado como anticipo, y el resto mediante certificaciones de obra quincenales, en las que se practicará una retención del 5%, cuyo total acumulado se pagará con la certificación final de obra. El plazo de ejecución es de 229 días hábiles a contar desde el 23 de febrero de 2023.

Asimismo, la Compañía informa que la cartera de proyectos publicada por medio de Otra Información Relevante de fecha 15 de noviembre de 2022 se queda sin vigencia tras los últimos contratos publicados, y hasta la publicación de una actualización de la misma.

CLERHP signs 3 new contracts in the Dominican Republic and

Paraguay for an amount of 3.7 million euros

The subsidiary INGENIERIA Y ESTRUCTURAS DEL CARIBE-INECAR, S.R.L. has signed two new contracts in the Dominican Republic.

The first of them with the company Construye Marcapital RD, SAS, for the construction of the concrete structure of the project called Hotel Resort Live Aqua Phase II, located in Uvero Alto, municipality of Higüey, province of Altagracia. The total amount of the contract amounts to U$D 1,073,200.36 (approximately 944,500 euros), 20% payable at the beginning of the contract, and the rest through monthly certifications in which a 5% withholding will be practiced as guarantee of good execution, with the retained amount delivered at the expiration of the guarantee period, which is six months from the completion of the work. The term of execution of the works extends from March to October 2023.

The second contract is the one signed with Consorcio Acciona-Solsanit-IDC-del Ozama, and its purpose is to provide civil labor services for the expansion project of the Eastern Aqueduct in Santo Domingo. The amount of this contract amounts to 1,739,692.22 U$D (approximately 1,597,368 euros), 20% already paid at the signing of the contract, which took place on March 16, 2023, and the rest through certifications work monthly. The term of execution of the works will be ten months.

For its part, the subsidiary CLERHP ESTRUCTURAS PARAGUAY, S.R.L. has signed with the company BCN Construcciones, S.A. a new contract for the construction of the concrete structure of the Paraná Costanera Building in Encarnación, the total amount of the aforementioned contract amounts to 9,128,704,000 guaraníes (approximately 944,450 euros), of which 30% has been paid as an advance, and the rest through biweekly work certifications, in which a 5% withholding will be applied, the accumulated total of which will be paid with the final work certification. The execution period is 229 business days from February 23, 2023.

Likewise, the Company informs that the portfolio of projects published through Other Relevant Information dated November 15, 2022 remains without validity after the last published contracts, and until the publication of an update thereof.
