Breda-based telecom service provider CM reported a three percent higher gross profit of 20 million euros, setting a record. However, sales did fall to 63.2 million euros.

CM.com provides Conversational Commerce services from its cloud platform for 25,000 customers worldwide, including numerous prominent global brands.

The Dutch company's main business last quarter was digital ticketing. Di component grew 24 percent to 5.2 million tickets(pdf).

CM also processed 1.7 billion (SMS) messages, about 5 percent less than a year ago. The voice messaging component did decline sharply, a long-standing trend.

The company launched AI tools in September to support contact centers.

CM anticipates further earnings growth this year.
