As company memorandum no. 043-2022, CMO Public Company Limited ("Company") has informed the resolution of important matters of the meeting of the Board of Directors No. 3/2022, which was held on February 23, 2022. The Board of Directors resolved to approve for the Company to expand the on-ground event management by exploring the feasibility of Digital and Technology Solutions of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0.

Company would like to inform that the feasibility study was finished. Transformational company limited is only the potential company for new CMO expansion strategic. Company is in process of considering the appropriate business cooperation. The process expects to be conclude with 31 December 2022. Whether if any progression, the Company will follow the relevant regulations and rules of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. ("SET").
