CMON Limited Appoints Choy Man as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Member of Each of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Board

The board of directors of CMON Limited announced that with effect from 15 June 2020, Mr. Choy Man (``Mr. Choy'') has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the nomination committee, and a member of each of the audit committee (the ``Audit Committee'') and the remuneration committee of the Board.
