Cnlight Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002076) announced a private placement of 230,871,470 shares at an issue price of CNY 1.74 per share for gross proceeds of not more than CNY401,716,357.80 on May 13, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Xinjiang Huiying Cultural Development Co., Ltd, which will hold 22.86% stake in the company post transaction. The company has signed a subscription agreement with the investor. The shares issued will have a hold period of 18 months from the date of completion. The transaction was approved by the board of directors in its 56th session of the company’s 5th directorate and still needs to be approved by the company’s shareholders’ meeting and China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Cnlight Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of lamps. The Company's main products include air disinfection machines, lighting and sterilization integrated classroom lights, logistics cold chain automatic disinfection machines, disinfection table lamps, disinfection bracket lights, ultraviolet lamps, light-emitting diode (LED) indoor lighting, classroom lights, LED outdoor lamps and smart lamps, LED car headlights and car xenon headlights. The Company is also engaged in the lithium battery production equipment business. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
