Announcement regarding Balancing Market Information Platform (DAMAS)

Platform Access via Microsoft Edge

Starting June 15th, 2022, due to Internet Explorer retirement, the Balancing Market Platform (DAMAS) will be accessible on Windows using Microsoft Edge configured in Internet Explorer compatibility mode. It is therefore necessary to prepare your IT system in order to access the DAMAS IT platform. Please use Microsoft Edge with Internet Explorer mode activated. Here are the neccessary configuration steps:

  • Open Microsoft Edge and press Alt + F to open the main menu.
  • Select Settings.
  • In the Settings tab, go to the Default browser section.
  • Turn on the Allow websites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode option.
  • Restart the browser.
  • Right-clickon a tab you want to open in Internet Explorer mode, and select the Refresh tab in Internet Explorer mode option.
