The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the investor public the majority shareholder the Romanian State, by the Secretariat General of Government, holder of 43,020,309 shares representing 58.688% of the Company's share capital, under letter 20/9679/MN of 30.03.2022 (registered in Transelectrica under number 15287 of 31.03.2022), according to article 105 para (3) of Law 24/2017 on the issuers of financial instruments and market operations, republished, corroborated with the provisions of article 1171 from the Company law 31/1990, republished, with later amendments and additions, requests completing the agenda of the Shareholders' general ordinary assembly scheduled on 18/19.04.2022, at 10:00 h in Bucharest 3, Str. Olteni 2-4, PLATINUM Center Building, 11th floor, Meeting room 1112, for all shareholders recorded in the Company's Shareholder Register at the end of April 08, 2022, initially published in Romania's Official Gazette 1147/18.03.2022, Part IV, and in the News of 18/20.03.2022, with the following item:

"1^1. Appointing new provisional Supervisory Board members of CNTEE Transelectrica SA beginning with April 22, 2022 and establishing the mandate term"

The proposals of the Secretariat General of Government for provisional Supervisory Board members are the following:

The Company will publish the updated convener list on April 04, 2022, while the correspondence voting form and special power of attorney will be placed at shareholders' disposal on the Company's website(www.transelectrica.ro), page Investor Relations/AGA/ 18/19 April 2022 on April 06, 2022, before the reference date.
