Consolidation et Développement Gestion SAS alongside the management team led by Pierre Rapharel signed an exclusive agreement to acquire Chelton Telecom & Microwave SA on March 14, 2022. The transaction is subject to consultation with the employee representative bodies and should be completed in the second quarter of 2022. Charles Cardon, Bruno Leroy, Matthew Poxon and Damien Fenard of Paul Hastings acted as legal advisor to Consolidation et Développement Gestion SAS.
