Cochin Shipyard Limited Declares Second Interim Dividend, Payable on or before February 28, 2024

Cochin Shipyard Limited declared second interim dividend of INR 3.50 per equity share of INR 5 each fully paid-up (70%) for the financial year 2023-24. Fixed February 12, 2024 as the Record Date for the aforesaid interim dividend. The aforesaid interim dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before February 28, 2024.
