Cognex Corporation Announces Board Changes, Effective May 5, 2021

On February 11, 2021, Dr. Robert J. Shillman, Chairman and Chief Culture Officer of Cognex Corporation, informed the Company of his decision to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors and as an executive officer of the Company, effective May 5, 2021. Dr. Shillman will remain as an employee of the Company in an advisory role. Anthony Sun, the Company’s Lead Independent Director, will succeed Dr. Shillman as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.
