Luma Proprietary Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Four Rivers Trading 123 Limited from Cognition Holdings Limited for ZAR 11.9 million.

Luma Proprietary Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Four Rivers Trading 123 (Pty) Limited from Cognition Holdings Limited for ZAR 11.9 million on June 26, 2023. The transaction is subject to successful completion of a due diligence. The effective date of the Disposal is expected to be on or about September 1, 2023.

As on August 10, 2023, all the conditions precedent to the Disposal have been met, and the Disposal is therefore unconditional.
