Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On August 10, 2021, Coinbase Global, Inc. ("Coinbase" or the "Company") will hold a conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter June 30, 2021. Coinbase also issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 (the "Shareholder Letter").
