Collins Property Group Limited (formerly Tradehold Limited) specializes in the ownership and management of industrial and commercial real estate assets located mainly in South Africa, Namibia and Austria. Rental income by type of asset breaks down as follows:
- industrial premises (67.9%);
- stores (27.1%);
- offices (5%).
At February 28, 2023, the real estate portfolio, with a total leasable area of 1,568,623 m2, had a market value of ZAR 11.3 billion, broken down by type of asset into industrial buildings and large distribution centers (82%), stores (13%) and offices (5%).
Rental income are distributed geographically as follows: South Africa (83.3%), Namibia (5.2%), Africa (4.6%) and Austria (6.9%).
