On October 21, 2021, Candy Digital, Inc. closed the transaction. The company received $100,000,003.21 in a round of funding co-led by new investors SoftBank Vision Fund L.P., a fund managed by SoftBank Investment Advisers (UK) Limited and Insight Venture Management, LLC. The transaction also included participation from new investor, New Enterprise Associates, Inc., Com2uS Corporation, Connect Ventures LLP, Gaingels, LLC, Will Ventures, Chaos Ventures. The round is raised at a post money valuation of $1,500,000,000.
Com2uS Corp is a Korea-based company engaged in the development and provision of mobile games.
