On October 20, 2023, Uplandme, Inc. closed the transaction. The company has amended the terms of the transaction. The company raised $7 million in its final tranche, bringing the total funding raised to $25 million in the transaction.
The additional funding was led by new investor EOS Network Foundation and included participation from Animoca Brands Limited, returning investor C3 Management GmbH and angel investors.
