NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Combest Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on 18 September 2018 for the following purposes:

• 1. To consider and approve the audited consolidated annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 30 June 2018 and the issue of the related announcement;

• 2. To consider the payment of a final dividend, if any;

• 3. To consider the closure of the Register of Members of the Company, if necessary; and

• 4. To transact any other business.
