FILING OF THE LIST FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ***

Reggiolo, 28 March 2024 - With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of Comer Industries SpA ("Company" or "Comer Industries") which will be held, in single call, on 23 April 2024, the Company announces that the shareholder Eagles Oak S.r.l., owner of 51.05% of the Company's share capital, has filed its list for the appointment of the members of the Board of Directors of Comer Industries in accordance with the methods and in compliance with the terms established by the applicable regulations, accompanied by the information, declarations and documentation required by current legislation.

The list will be made available to the public at the registered office of the Company in Reggiolo, Via Magellano n. 27, on the Company's website (www.comerindustries.com, "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting" section) as well as on the authorized storage mechanism " eMarket Storage" on the websitewww.emarketstorage.com , by 2 April 2024.
