COMPAGNIE DU BOIS SAUVAGE S.A. The Eaglestone group, a specialist in property development and real estate investment with more than 10 years of experience in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France, has signed the purchase of the French property development, management and investment group, Cardinal. The completion of this transaction is, however, subject to the approval of the French Competition Authority.
Compagnie du Bois Sauvage, a shareholder at 30% of Eaglestone, has granted a loan of EUR 25 million to support its participation in its development in France.
