Eletrobras Centrais Elétricas S.A. entered into Share Purchase and Sale Promise Agreement to acquire remaining 49% stake in Transmissora Sul Litorânea de Energia S.A. -TSLE from Companhia Estadual de Geração e Transmissão de Energia Elétrica - CEEE-GT for BRL 220 million.

Eletrobras Centrais Elétricas S.A. entered into Share Purchase and Sale Promise Agreement to acquire remaining 49% stake in Transmissora Sul Litorânea de Energia S.A. -TSLE from Companhia Estadual de Geração e Transmissão de Energia Elétrica - CEEE-GT (BOVESPA:EEEL3) for BRL 220 million on April 29, 2021. As of May 26, 2021, The transaction is conditioned on obtaining the consent of TSLE's creditors. The Definitive Share Purchase and Sale Agreement will be signed within 30 days from obtaining the creditors' consent, and the transfer of shares and payment of the price will take place within 30 days after the signature of the definitive agreement.

The Definitive Share Purchase and Sale Agreement is signed on November 25, 2021. With the implementation of the operation, CGT Eletrosul will hold 100% of TSLE's share capital.
