COMPUTER STATIONERY INDUSTRY SAOG Computer Stationery Industry S.A.O.G. announced that the resolutions made at the Board of Directors first meeting on 11 March 2015 are: Mr. Mehdi Bin Mohammed Jawad Al Abduwani was nominated and elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ali Mohamed Zabnoot was nominated and elected as the Vice Chairman. Mr. Jagadish Gunvantrai Dave was appointed as Secretary to the Board of Directors.
The BOD formed the Audit Committee with the members:Mr. Ranga Gorur, Chairman Audit Committee; Mr. Mehdi Bin Mohammed Jawad Al Abduwani, Mr. Zaki Hassan Naseeb Al Naseeb and Mr. Himansu Mohapatra are Members of the Audit Committee.
