Consilium : mar 22, 2017 Consilium fire secures new major head office in Lund

Consilium Säkerhet Syd AB Malmö has received a multi-million order of fire and evacuation alarm systems for a new head office in Lund, by ApQ El AB.

The project is a turnkey contract for about 42.000 square meters office space, and the new head office is adjacent to the research area Ideon in Lund. The project was initiated during the fall of 2016 and will be completed by the spring of 2019. The new office building will be a workplace for approximately 1.300 employees, includes conferences facilities, a restaurant, a café and a visitor center for demos. The new premises will streamline and modernize the work for the end customer by increasing collocation for the various departments.

The new fire and evacuation alarm system consists of two interactive analogue addressable control panels, Consilium FG5000TM, interconnected in a network along with approximately 1.500 detector units. In addition, an evacuation alarm system with voice message from SAC Nordic is included in the order from ApQ El AB.

This order from ApQ El AB and the office building is yet another successful project for Consilium Säkerhet and Consilium Building Safety's venture into complex fire alarm systems and related services within office building, hospitals, industries and hotels, where protection of major assets and value is highly important.
