APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 22 July 2022 wherein shareholders were notified that Mr Peter Todd ("Peter") would be assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Conduit Capital on an interim basis with effect from 21 July 2022, the board of directors of Conduit Capital ("the Board") hereby confirms, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, that Peter was also appointed as an executive director on the same date.
The Board welcomes Peter in his new role and, in addition to his role as CEO of the Constantia Group of insurance companies, looks forward to his contribution at Group level.
