Confidence Petroleum India Limited announced a private placement of 28,229,120 shares at a price of INR 88.60 per share for the gross proceeds of INR 2,501,100,032 on November 30, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor, BW VLGC Pte. Ltd. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.

The Cylinder segment includes production and marketing operations of LPG/compressed natural gas (CNG) cylinders. The LPG segment includes LPG marketing and bottling business and others. It provides a range of high-pressure cylinders for various applications, such as medical oxygen, industrial gases, nitrogen cylinders, and cylinders for other high-pressure gases. The Company has composite cylinders in India under the brand GoGas Elite. Its GoGas Elite composite cylinders are available in varying sizes, such as two kilograms (kg), five kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg. Its metal cylinder under the GoGas brand offers a range of products, including 12 kg, 15 kg, 17 Kg, 21 kg, and 33 Kg. It is a supplier of auto LPG in India with its network of bottling plants and auto LPG dispensing stations (ALDS) across India.
