Conn's, Inc. announced that President Chandra Holt has stepped down from her position and from the Company's Board effective immediately. Effective immediately, Norman L. Miller will serve as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Miller was the Company's former President and Chief Executive Officer from September 2015 to August 2021 and Executive Chairman from August 2021 until April 2022, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since September 2015.
Mr. Miller is a retail and consumer finance industry veteran and executive with over 30 years of experience at corporations including Sears, DFC Global Corp, Aramark, Nestle and Kraft. Mr. Miller will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
