ConnectOne Bancorp, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 63.84 million compared to USD 75.59 million a year ago. Net income was USD 21.39 million compared to USD 32.36 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.51 compared to USD 0.78 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.51 compared to USD 0.78 a year ago.
For the six months, net interest income was USD 130.93 million compared to USD 145.95 million a year ago. Net income was USD 46.32 million compared to USD 63.74 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.1 compared to USD 1.54 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.1 compared to USD 1.53 a year ago.
