Copperhead Resources Inc. is a Canada-based mineral resource company. The Company is engaged in the business of identification, acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. The Company has the option to acquire approximately 75% of Red Line Project, which is located in Northwest British Columbia. The Red Line Project covers approximately 2416.9 hectares (ha), which comprises over eight electronic mineral tenures located on the eastern edge of the Coast Ranges of British Columbia 990 kilometers (km) north-northwest (NNW) of Vancouver, Canada. The Project is located within the Intermontane Belt of the Canadian Cordillera near the western margin of the Stikine terrane.
