Core One Labs : Announces Extension of Non-Brokered Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - May 16, 2024 - Core One Labs Inc. (CSE: COOL), (OTC: CLABF), (Frankfurt: LD6, WKN: A3CSSU) (the "Company" or "Core One") is pleased to announce that the Company has received approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange to extend the closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement for an additional 45 days. Closing of the previously announced financing is now anticipated to occur on or about June 28, 2024.
