NOTICE TO THE MARKET

COSAN S.A. (B3: CSAN3; NYSE: CSAN) ("Cosan" or "Company"), further to the Notice to the Market published on June 20, 2023,informs its shareholders and the market in general of the pricing of the offering of senior notes in total amount of US$550,000,000.00 (five hundred fifty millionU.S. dollars), to be issued by its wholly owned subsidiary Cosan Luxembourg S.A.("Cosan Luxembourg") and guaranteed by Cosan.

The senior notes will incur interest at arate of 7.500% and mature onJune, 2030. Interest payments will be made on a semiannual basis.

Cosan Luxembourg intends to use part of the net proceeds of the Offering to purchase a principal amount of US$250,000,000.00 (two hundred and fifty million U.S. dollars)ofthe 7.000% senior notesdue 2027 of Cosan Luxembourg in a concurrent tender offer. Anyremaining funds are expected tobe used for general corporate purposes of the Company.
