COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. announced Mr. Cai Hongping has retired as an independent non-executive Director, chairman of the remuneration committee, member of the audit committee, member of the nomination committee, member of the investment strategy committee and member of the risk control committee of the Company with effect from 27 February 2023.
