Europa Investimenti S.P.A. agreed to acquire Mediacontech Broadcast srl from Mediacontech S.p.A. (BIT:MCH) for €1 on September 25, 2017. As part of the transaction, SBP S.r.l., a subsidiary of Mediacontech Broadcast will be under Europa Investimenti and Mediacontech Broadcast to receive €0.83 million financing.
