Europa Investimenti Special Situations Srl managed by Europa Investimenti S.P.A. made a bid to acquire the remaining 21.1% stake in Mediacontech S.p.A. (BIT:MCH) for €1.8 million on December 5, 2016. Europa Investimenti Special Situations made bid at €0.4734 per share, subject to any potential adjustments. The transaction is subject to approval of CONSOB. As on January 26, 2017, the transaction was approved by CONSOB. The tender offer will run from January 30. 2017, included, to February 17, 2017, included.
