The Company holds a minority stake in LAN Airlines SA, which is primarily active in the provision of passenger and freight transportation services in domestic markets, such as Chile, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador and Colombia, as well as other regions, including North America, Europe and Oceania. The Company operates through such subsidiary as Inversiones Nueva Costa Verde Aeronautica Ltda.
