We are pleased to announce that three of Countryside's developments located across the country, have been shortlisted at this year's British Homes Awards.

The awards are one of the most prestigious in the industry and recognise excellence and innovation in the sector, with a particular emphasis on architecture, interior design and build quality.

Testament to the joint venture between Countryside and L&Q, Beaulieu, a scheme, comprising around 3,600 homes across 604 acres in Chelmsford, Essex, has been shortlisted in the Best Housing Partnership category. This category looks at how development partners have collaborated to create a thriving neighbourhood.

Kingsmere, a new community in Bicester, Oxfordshire, comprising of new homes and amenities, including a new school, village centre and retail park, has been shortlisted in the Best Mixed-use category, with an emphasis on the type of high-quality amenities offered and how they serve residents and the wider community.

Great Kneighton, located in Cambridgeshire, is renowned as a true '20-minute' neighbourhood and has been shortlisted for Development of the Year (100 units+). This award-winning development features 2,550 new homes, 49 hectares of public open space, 3,050 sqm of retail space, two new schools, a community building, a health centre, sports pitches and play areas.

Countryside has a reputation for high-quality design and innovation, and these shortlistings reflect its commitment to building on this reputation.
