Bows Nigeria limited made an offer to acquire 32.99% Courteville Business Solutions Plc (NGSE:COURTVILLE) for approximately NGN 560 million on February 21, 2023. Bows Nigeria intends to take the company private. SEC has approved the acquisition.

The tender offer will commence from February 22, 2023, and will close on March 22, 2023.
