Coventry Group Ltd (ASX:CYG) entered into an agreement to acquire Steel Masters Auckland Limited for NZD 45 million on April 15, 2024. The transaction will be funded through a combination of an equity raising of NZD 27.226825 million and a new NAB Revolving Cash Advance Facility of NZD 20.0389432 million. Steel Masters reported revenue of NZD 40.6 million and EBIDTA of NZD 7.35 million for FY 2023.
The acquisition is scheduled to be completed on April 30, 2024.
