Plaskolite, Inc. completed the acquisition of North American polycarbonate sheet manufacturing business from Covestro AG.

Plaskolite, Inc. agreed to acquire North American polycarbonate sheet manufacturing business from Covestro AG on March 22, 2018. As a part of the transaction, Plaskolite is acquiring sheet headquarters, production sites, warehouse facilities in Sheffield, Massachusetts and will maintain the existing third-party distribution warehouse facility in Hebron, Ohio and the operations will continue at the current facility. As of March 22, 2018, North American polycarbonate sheet manufacturing business had $170 million revenue in 2017. In connection with the transaction, Plaskolite will employ 950 people.
