CPT GLOBAL LIMITED CPT Global Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Steve Targett as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 24 January 2023. Steve is an experienced Chair, Director, CEO and Executive across Banking and Financial Services industries globally, including seven years running the Wholesale Banking Divisions of NAB, Lloyds Bankand ANZ, before retiring from his executive career in 2018. He currently serves as Non-Executive Chair of Pioneer Credit Limited and Chair of P&N Bank Group and his previous Chair and/or directorships include Lloyds Bank in the UK, National Australia Group Europe, National Bank of New Zealand, KVB Wealth Management and Cuscal Limited.
Steve was also previously Chair of the Australian Financial Markets Association and was the only Australian ever elected to the Board of the New York-based International Swaps and Derivatives Association. Steve is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
