COMPLETION OF THE PERIOD OF

THE COMPLIANCE ADVISER'S APPOINTMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPLIANCE ADVISER

Reference is made to the prospectus of CR Construction Group Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 27 September 2019 in relation to the appointment of First Shanghai Capital Limited (''First Shanghai'') as the Company's compliance adviser pursuant to Rule 3A.19 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Stock Exchange'') for the period which commenced on the date of the initial listing of the Company's securities on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange, being 16 October 2019 (the ''Listing Date''), and ended on the date on which the Company distributed its annual report in respect of its financial results for the first full financial year after the Listing Date. The term of the appointment of First Shanghai as the Company's compliance adviser was completed on 30 April 2021, being the date on which the Company distributed its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2020.

The board of directors of the Company (the ''Board'') announces that Rainbow Capital (HK) Limited (''Rainbow Capital'') has been appointed as the new compliance adviser to the Company with effect from 1 May 2021 for the period until 30 April 2022.

Rainbow Capital is a licensed corporation permitted to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
