Major Shareholding Disclosure in Crayon Group Holding ASA

25 January 2024: OEP ITS Coöperatief Holding U.A. (the "Vendor") has today sold
4,000,000 shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company"),
representing approximately 4.47% of the shares and share capital in the Company.


The shares were sold through a process managed by SpareBank 1 Markets AS. 

Following completion of the sale, the Vendor will hold 3,400,000 shares in the
Crayon, equivalent to approximately 3.80% of the share capital and voting
rights. 

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section
4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
