Chuang Yuan Futures Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 400,000,000 common shares at a price of CNY 2.20 per share for gross proceeds not exceeding CNY 880,000,000 on November 24, 2021. The transaction will included participation from returning investor Create Technology & Science Co.,Ltd. for 27,726,666 shares. The transaction has been approved at the second interim meeting of the tenth board of directors in 2021.
