Effective as of September 7, 2018, each of Mr. Patrick O’Brien and Mr. Eric Bertrand resigned from the Board of Directors of Creative Realities, Inc. Effective as of that same date, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Joseph Manko to serve as a director on the Board of Directors. Mr. Manko is expected to serve on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, each of which committee was newly formed and constituted by the Board of Directors on that same date.
