Hoist Finance AB (publ) (OM:HOFI) agreed to acquire a portfolio of unsecured non performing loans from Credito Valtellinese S.p.A. (BIT:CVAL) on February 7, 2020. The transaction is expected to complete during the first quarter of 2020. Rothschild S.p.A. and Chiomenti acted as financial advisor and legal advisor respectively to Credito Valtellinese S.p.A.
