Cromwell Property Group is a real estate investor and fund manager. The Company operates through three segments: Funds and asset management, Co-investments, and Investment portfolio. The Funds management segment represents activities in relation to the establishment and management of external funds for institutional and retail investors. Asset management includes property and facility management, leasing and project management and development related activities. The Co-investments segment includes interests in investment property portfolios in Poland (CPRF) and Italy (CIULF), the Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (CEREIT), and other investment vehicles. The Investment portfolio segment includes the ownership of investment properties located in Australia. Its wholesale funds management business works with a range of global institutional investors, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, banks and other capital partners from Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
