Firmenich & CIA Ltda entered into an agreement to acquire the Building in Rodovia Raposo Tavares numero 28.250, Cotia – SP from Cshg Logistica - Fundo De Investimento Imobiliario, fund managed by Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo Corretora de Valores S/A, Investment Arm for BRL 62.2 million.

Firmenich & CIA Ltda entered into an agreement to acquire the Building in Rodovia Raposo Tavares numero 28.250, Cotia – SP from Cshg Logistica - Fundo De Investimento Imobiliario (BOVESPA:HGLG11), fund managed by Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo Corretora de Valores S/A, Investment Arm for BRL 62.2 million on December 5, 2014. Out of the total deal value, BRL 22.4 million has been received, BRL 37.3 million will be received in two working days and BRL 2.5 million will be paid in reliance with the conditions set forth in the agreement.
