Business Summary

CUROCOM Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the solution business and the distribution business. The Company operates its business under two main divisions: solution business division and distribution division. Its solution business division engages in the development of software, such as bank automation and network control systems (BANCSs), which are integrated solutions used to manage core banking data such as deposits and withdrawals, and provision of maintenance services. Its distribution division distributes computers, computer peripherals and other communication products, such as thin film transistors (TFT) light emitting diode (LED) monitors and others. The Company also develops acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) vaccines and pharmaceuticals, operates coffee chain shops, and distributes coffee under the brand name illy and coffee machines.
