An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire 16.5% stake in Daekyung Machinery & Engineering Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A015590) from CUROCOM.Co.Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A040350) for KRW 9.6 billion on July 10, 2017. CUROCOM.Co.Ltd. will sell 15 million shares as part of the transaction. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of CUROCOM.Co.Ltd. on July 10, 2017. The transaction is expected to complete on July 10, 2017. CUROCOM.Co.Ltd. will use the proceeds for the purpose of operating funds.
