CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the 'Company') announces the following in relation to its March 2020 Tender:

Euro Shares¹

The Tender Price equals the NAV per Share as at 31 March 2020 minus £0.01/€0.01 (being 1% of the Placing Price), as applicable.

It is anticipated that a further announcement regarding the unconditional purchase of the Shares tendered will be made on or around 14 May 2020, and that payment for the March 2020 tender will be made on 18 May 2020.

Terms defined in the Company's prospectus dated 29 March 2019 have the same meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.

¹In respect of the Realisation Condition, the Company will submit redemption requests to the Investment Vehicle in respect of 1,792,391 Euro Company Investment Vehicle Interests (based on a net asset value of €0.789000) and 14,932,326 Sterling Company Investment Vehicle Interests (based on a net asset value of £0.820534) which has been accepted and in respect of which funds are expected to be received on or before the anticipated payment date set out above.
