Xinrui Wang entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire 94.6% stake in Global Entertainment Corp. from Custodian Ventures LLC for $0.18 million on June 18, 2019. Pursuant to the agreement, Custodian Ventures will transfer 17.7 million restricted common stock of Global Entertainment and 10 million restricted shares of the Series A Preferred stock. The transaction closing is subjected to written notarized Consent of the resignations of all officers and directors and of resolutions of the Board of Directors of Global Entertainment Corp. McMurdo Law Group, LLC acted as the legal advisor to Xinrui Wang and Custodian Ventures LLC. Bryan R Clark Pc acted as the legal advisor to Custodian Ventures LLC.
