Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (WSE:CPS) acquired 51.25% stake in Alledo sp. z o.o. from Anna Klimczak on January 13, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, Cyfrowy Polsat bought 164 shares, while Anna Klimczak will remain to be a minority shareholder with 146 shares. Pursuant to the transaction, Rafal Gospodarczyk and Krzysztof Dziaduszynski, financial controller at Cyfrowy Polsat, joined the management board of Alledo as a vice president while Maciej Stec, deputy president of Cyfrowy Polsat and Polkomtel, and Janusz Pliszka, member of the management board of Telewizja Polsat as well as Michal Wysocki, member of the management board of the Knowledge and Health Foundation became members of the company's supervisory board. Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (WSE:CPS) completed the acquisition of 51.25% stake in Alledo sp. z o.o. from Anna Klimczak for PLN 6.9 million on January 13, 2020. The consideration was paid in cash. The cash received was PLN 0.4 million. On August 5, 2020 the name was changed from Alledo Sp. z o.o to Esoleo Sp. z o.o.
